CDL Driver

Duties

• Operate trucks equipped with manual transmissions, ensuring safe and efficient driving practices.
• Transport freight across various routes while adhering to delivery schedules.
• Load and unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding routes, delays, or issues encountered during transport.
• Follow all regulations related to commercial driving and freight transportation.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Experience in Freight Transportation and Delivery Driving Is Preferred.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices in truck driving.
• Able to perform manual tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
