Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD.

About the role

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announce arrivals and delays, coordinate pick-ups, or handle vehicle or customer issues.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle.

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• All shifts available—home every night, no overnights.
• Passenger and bus routes (not freight).
