About the role

Drive a commercial motor vehicle (tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed. Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints (including service interruptions) immediately to your supervisor. Complete and submit reports as required by DOT and/or Airgas company policy. Haul carbon dioxide (CO₂) in tanker equipment.

Pay

Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (paid in increments). Training pay: $37.00 per hour. Earnings potential: $100,000–$110,000+ annually. Quarterly incentive bonus: $2,000. Unlimited driver referral bonus.

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 3+ years of experience driving tractor-trailer vehicles
  • Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of technical college or military technical experience
  • Three years of HazMat or Tanker experience
