We’re looking for a Class A CDL Driver with experience—someone who wants to be actively involved on the jobsite while working alongside crane operators and logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Vehicle Operation
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle and trailer
- Transport crane equipment, rigging gear, and materials to and from job sites
- Ensure loads are properly secured and delivered accurately and on time
- Inspections & Maintenance
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Identify and report vehicle or equipment issues promptly
- Maintain vehicle condition in compliance with safety standards
- Jobsite Support & Rigging
- Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and setup of crane and rigging equipment
- Work directly with other drivers, riggers, signalmen along with crane operators during mobilization and demobilization
- Support safe, efficient crane operations through teamwork and communication
- Participate in jobsite activities beyond driving, as needed
- Regulations & Compliance
- Follow all DOT, federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and documentation
- Communication & Customer Service
- Communicate effectively with field crews, logistics teams, clients, and vendors
- Represent Northwest Corp professionally at all job sites and customer locations
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional travel, overtime, and double time
- Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
- Home most nights
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Air Brake Endorsement
- Proven experience as a CDL driver (construction or logistics preferred)
- Knowledge of load securement and material handling
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in varying weather conditions
- Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
