CDL A Regional Intermodal Truck Driver - No Touch

About the role

Regional, no‑touch intermodal work for drivers in the Moberly area, with home every weekend. Drivers operate 100 % automatic Freightliner tractors, 75 % drop‑and‑hook and 25 % customer live load/unload, covering intermodal containers between Kansas City and St. Louis rail yards and customers within 300 miles. You may take the tractor home or park at one of our terminals.

Pay

Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 (first payment after your first dispatch, eligibility terms apply).

• Weekly average: $1,500 (about $78,000 per year).
• Mileage rate: $0.56 per mile to start, increasing each year of tenure to $0.57, $0.58, $0.59, $0.60 and $0.61.
• Typical miles: about 2,000 per week.
• Drop and hook bonus: $25 per stop.
• Live load or unload bonus: $40 per stop.
• Extra stop bonus: $15 per stop.
• Crosstown or shuttle bonus: $15 per stop.
• Hazmat load bonus: $30 per stop.
• Detention: $20 per hour after 1.5 hours live, 1 hour drop and hook.
• Training pay: $225 per day (3 to 5 days).
• Holidays: 6 paid days at $200 per day after year one.

Schedule

Work days: Tuesday to Saturday, home Sunday and Monday. A 6th day is available when freight allows.

Start time: chosen by you from several shifts.

Requirements

• Age 21 + with a valid Class A CDL.
• 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience in the last 6 months with one carrier, or 6 months in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire (cost reimbursed).
• No more than 2 moving violations and no careless or reckless driving in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years and no major preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing; no failed drug or alcohol test in the last 5 years.
• No riders or pets.
