Overview
Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. 99% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards within Oregon and Washington.
Pay and Bonus Potential
- Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Hourly pay of $15 for all on-duty, not driving hours (Line 4 time).
- Shipment pay of $10 per shipment.
- Mileage pay between $0.53/mile and $0.64/mile for each assigned mile completed (rate depends on experience).
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
Compensation range: $1,380–$1,680
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
- Live within 40 miles of Kent, WA.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
