About the role
Oakley Transport is hiring Dry Van Reefer drivers. Drive more, earn more, and get home like you expect.
Responsibilities
- No‑touch freight
- Operate newer automatic Peterbilt and Volvo trucks equipped with comfort amenities (new mattress, refrigerator, APU inverter, smart drive, toll/scale past)
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 23 years of age
- Minimum 18 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years
- Safe driving record

Pay
- Earn up to $0.65 per mile (CPM)
- Top weekly average: $1,600 – $1,700
- Top drivers can earn approximately $97,500 per year
- Mileage productivity bonus: up to +$0.04 CPM monthly
- Safe driving bonus: up to +$0.08 CPM monthly
