About the role

Oakley Transport is hiring Dry Van Reefer drivers. Drive more, earn more, and get home like you expect. Operate newer automatic Peterbilt and Volvo trucks equipped with a new mattress, refrigerator, APU inverter, Smart Drive, and toll/scale past, averaging 2,400–2,800+ miles per week.

Pay

Earn up to 65cpm. Top weekly average: $1,600 - $1,700. Top drivers earning $97,500 per year. Mileage productivity bonus: earn up to +4 CPM monthly. Safe driving bonus: earn up to +8 CPM monthly.

Schedule

90% of routes run within the Southeast. Predictable home time – plan life with confidence.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 23 years or older
• 18 months tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Safe driving record
