About the role

Oakley Transport is hiring Dry Van Reefer Drivers. Drive more, earn more, get home like you expect. 90% of routes run within the Southeast, providing predictable home time so you can plan life with confidence. No‑touch freight. Average weekly mileage of 2,400–2,800+ miles. Equipment includes newer automatic Peterbilt and Volvo tractors equipped with a new mattress, refrigerator, APU inverter, plus Smart Drive and toll/scale capabilities.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 23 years of age or older
• 18 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Safe driving record

Pay

• Earn up to 65¢ per mile (cpm)
• Top weekly average: $1,600 – $1,700
• Top drivers earning $97,500 per year
• Mileage productivity bonus: earn up to +4 cpm monthly
• Safe driving bonus: earn up to +8 cpm monthly
