About the Role

Dry Van Reefer driver position offering the opportunity to drive more, earn more, and get home as expected. Operate primarily in the Southeast (≈90% of routes) with predictable home time and no‑touch freight. Average weekly mileage 2,400–2,800+ miles. Equipment includes newer automatic Peterbilt and Volvo tractors equipped with a new mattress, refrigerator, APU inverter, Smart Drive, and toll/scale capabilities. New hires receive a 3‑4 day paid orientation and 90% direct customer freight. Pet rider program available.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 23 years of age or older
• 18 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Safe driving record

Pay

• Base pay up to $0.65 per mile (CPM)
• Top weekly average earnings: $1,600 – $1,700
• Top drivers can earn approximately $97,500 per year
• Mileage productivity bonus: up to +$0.04 CPM monthly
• Safe driving bonus: up to +$0.08 CPM monthly
