About the role

Rite Way Industrial, a Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) company, is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for local field service work operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. This is hands‑on, physical work — honest, essential, and recession‑resistant — with reliable year‑round work, overtime, and full benefits. Start time is between 10 PM and midnight; shift ends when the route is complete.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform service work at customer facilities
• Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
• Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
• Work outdoors or in industrial environments
• Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates

Schedule

• Night shift (required)
• Local routes — no long‑haul, no hotels
• Overtime, weekends, and longer shifts available
• Year‑round work — no seasonal layoffs

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license (Tanker endorsement required)
• Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
• Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
• Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, self‑directed, and accountable
