Local CDL A Truck Driver - $32hr + OT

Local CDL A Truck Driver position in Indianapolis, IN. Temp-to-hire assignment with automatic transmission equipment. Monday–Friday schedule, early morning start time, 40–55 hours per week.

Pay

$32 per hour plus overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
• Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform unloading and breaking down of pallets.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Hazmat endorsement not required.

Route Details

• Local route type with 5–10 stops per day.
• Handling includes unloading and breaking down pallets.
