About the role

CDImmerse is an innovative rotation program for emerging professionals, starting June 2027. Participants engage in a two‑year development track consisting of four six‑month rotations across departments such as Finance, Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Gaming Operations, and other related business areas. Upon successful completion, participants transition into a full‑time position with Churchill Downs Incorporated.

Responsibilities

Each rotation exposes you to crucial aspects of CDI's operations, allowing you to take on responsibilities for tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by functional leaders.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field completed within the past 6 months or by May 2026 (MBA graduates welcome).
• Strong academic foundation with a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
