CDImmerse Information Technology Analyst

About the role

Program start date: June 2027. CDImmerse is a two‑year rotational program for recent graduates that immerses participants in four six‑month rotations across IT‑related departments such as Software Development, QA, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Networking, Information Security, Project Management, and other business areas. Participants gain hands‑on experience, build relationships with leaders, and engage in activities that reinforce CDI’s core values of Courage, Teamwork, Results, Integrity, and Passion. Successful completion leads to a full‑time position with Churchill Downs Incorporated.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field completed within the past 6 months or by May 2026 (MBA graduates welcome).
• Strong academic foundation – minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated during the interview process.
