CCC Technician I

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and test Point of Sale, Auto ID, Wireless, data, voice, and video devices.
• Communicate internally to process orders and resolve any order-related issues.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management.
• Provide support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical Associate’s degree and A+ Certification a plus but not required.
• Ability to assemble, test, and operate electronic equipment.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and Android Operating Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in following directions to complete orders in a timely manner.
• Basic understanding of English.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
• Occasional overtime, including some Saturdays.
• Requires working on a personal computer.
• Must be physically present at the designated company office location during normal business hours.
