CCBHC Clinical Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs including service, community groups, and personnel matters.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services and participates in planning for client service needs.
• Manages personnel matters within a program including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, assigning, and terminating staff.
• Identifies leadership potential of program staff and writes program’s annual and long-range plans.
• Develops and maintains contact with community groups and works collaboratively with other program supervisors to carry out unit goals.
• Supervises and develops intern staff in the program and works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
• Works effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to efficiently supervise staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, required.
• 5+ years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility, required.
• LPHA Certification, required.

Additional Requirements

• Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.
• Transportation/Travel Requirements: Driving for work not required with a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites is required.
