Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs including service, community groups, and personnel matters.
- Maintains quality and quantity of services and participates in planning for client service needs.
- Hires, manages, and terminates staff, identifies leadership potential, and writes program plans.
- Develops and maintains contacts with community groups and collaborates with other program supervisors.
- Supervises and develops intern staff and works collaboratively with diverse staff and service population.
- Works effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Ensures appropriate integration of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approach to program.
- Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
- Writes program’s annual and long-range plans and recommends program budget to the director.
- Participates in developing unit’s annual and long-range plan.
- Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
- Works effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Works collaboratively with other program supervisors in unit to carry out unit goals and looks for opportunities for program development.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, required.
- 5+ years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility, required.
- LPHA Certification, required.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to efficiently supervise staff.

Pay
The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $78,000-$90,000 annually. A $2,500 sign-on bonus for first-time employees with MFS is also offered ($1,250 on the first paycheck and $1,250 after 6 months of employment).
