Responsibilities

• Provide regularly scheduled, staff-centered individual clinical supervision and document supervision in accordance with BHN guidelines.
• Help clinicians establish annual professional-development goals, monitor progress, and connect them with training, resources, and other supports.
• Assess clinicians' core competencies at onboarding and defined milestones, providing guidance that supports growth toward independent practice.
• Promote high-quality, evidence-based, goal- and outcome-directed care that is responsive to each individual's presenting needs.
• Monitor caseloads, team-based care, group protocols, schedules, productivity, documentation quality and timeliness, and utilization-management expectations.
• Review and sign required clinical documentation and support compliance with program, regulatory, payer, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and ethical standards.
• Provide assessments, level-of-care determinations, short-term solution-focused interventions, and individual, family, couples, or group treatment as assigned.
• Conduct comprehensive risk and crisis evaluations and coordinate appropriate interventions to support safety.
• Collaborate with care teams, families, guardians, residential providers, and community partners to coordinate care and transition individuals to the least intensive appropriate setting.
• Deliver services flexibly in clinics, homes, community settings, or through telehealth while participating in supervision, consultation, and required training.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in an eligible behavioral health field required.
• Current independent clinical license in an eligible behavioral health discipline required.
• Experience or training in co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions—or a willingness to develop this expertise—required.
• Broad knowledge of mental illness, evidence-based treatment, and the needs of adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or children with serious emotional disturbance.
• Ability to coach clinicians, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth and high-quality practice.
• Strong clinical judgment, risk-assessment, documentation, utilization-management, and care-coordination skills.
• Cultural responsiveness and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, complex clinical needs, and community resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in electronic health records, telehealth, email, and common office technology.

Pay

Salary Range: $80,000-$87,000
