Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in facility and community settings. Supervision will entail side-by-side interventions, encouraging evidence-based treatment and support. This position is embedded within Eliot’s Homeless Services Division and involves working in a permanent supportive housing program serving individuals who have experienced homelessness. The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in addressing the complex behavioral health and social needs of residents while helping the team provide effective, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services.Responsibilities:Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventionsEnsure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goalsComplete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviorsOversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in their planning processQualifications:Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related fieldHold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)Experience working with adults with severe mental illnessValid Massachusetts Drivers LicenseSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (This is a fully on-site position- requires occasional travel between Danvers, MA and Haverhill, MA) Annual Salary: $85,000 USD - $90,000 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
