Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure client funding, billing, and verification activities align with the client’s agreed-upon terms
- Maintain excellent customer service for clients
- Monitor and evaluate submitted invoices and backup for quality and potential fraud
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client operations and behaviors to identify issues, trends, and service opportunities
- Research items in client reserve and hold/release funds when necessary (balance client reserves using Excel daily, if applicable)
- Provide client training on funding procedures and in-house client portal
- Works assigned cbCentral tasks in a timely manner (i.e. Disputes/Exceptions, Needs Image, Chargebacks, etc)
- Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines
- Seek opportunities to improve skills through cross-training and My Learning courses offered by the Bank
- Collaborate with other client reps and/or employees through healthy and positive interactions
- Take ownership of all tasks and challenges encountered in the operation of their assigned position
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year clerical/office work
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and general office duties
- Physical Demands: Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels; use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor; sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time; bend and reach
