Purpose

The Comparison Advisor identifies and transitions vehicle acquisition opportunities from service to sales. They ensure proper follow-up and information is provided to the sales department, and clear communication with the customer.

Makes sure accurate information is given to each eligible service drive customer through Axel One program.

Properly identifies potential sales opportunities and ensures a smooth transition to the Sales Department.

Annotates and logs sales opportunities for proper follow-up.

Demonstrates the Comparison Presentation to eligible service customers.

Phones to every eligible customer next business day after service RO is opened and replies to all received communications in Axel Program.

Sends daily opportunity report at proper quarter times.

Requirements

  • Energetic, professional, motivated, and punctual
  • Clean driving record and valid Texas DL
