About the role
This role partners with new and existing clients to understand their catering needs. It is a highly consultative sales role where you'll need to be detail-oriented in your discussions with existing clients and new prospects.
Responsibilities
- Partners with new and existing clients to understand their catering needs.
- Lead the conversation with impactful questions and partner with prospects and clients to meet their needs and goals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline by prospecting, networking, and nurturing opportunities into leads.
Requirements
- Excited by the prospect of partnering with people and organizations to create exceptional events through a consultative sales approach.
- Has sales experience in events, weddings, and banquets.
- Inquisitive, detail-oriented, highly motivated to learn and perform.
- An effective communicator both internally and externally.
- Understands the importance of teamwork.

Pay
Base plus Commission compensation (base range is $22-24/hour); commission percentage on food, beverage and décor sales.
Schedule
This is an in-office position with a full-time schedule of 8 am - 4 pm. This is not a remote role.
