About the Role

An integral part of the revenue generation of a hotel, the Catering Sales Manager works directly with clients to drive sales of guest rooms, catering services, and banquet facilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell guest rooms, catering services, and banquet facilities to guests.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Network through participation in community and professional associations, activities, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in hotel sales or comparable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with guests and clients at all times.

Schedule

Varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
