Catering Sales Coordinator

About the role

This entry‑level opportunity supports catering and event sales by coordinating client inquiries, event details, site visits, and internal follow‑up. Guest contact is central to the job. The position is on‑site, involving regular face‑to‑face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and confirmed event clients.
• Assist with property tours and in‑person planning meetings.
• Prepare event information and coordinate details with banquet teams.
• Track inquiries, updates, and client follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Personable, dependable, and composed in busy environments.
• Comfortable starting conversations and attentive to details.
• Motivated to create a positive guest experience.
• Prior hospitality experience helpful, though training is provided for entry‑level hires.
