Catering Manager

Full-time, onsite role with Elior Collegiate Dining at Lake Superior State University in Sault Sainte Marie, MI.

About the role

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise servers and cooks.
• Participate in the preparation of meals and beverages.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Address client and guest needs and concerns.

Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• At least one year’s experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred).

Pay

Up to $60,000 per year based on experience.
