Catering Manager

The Catering Services Manager leads all aspects of catering solutions and special events, overseeing the catering team to ensure successful event execution that meets customer expectations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver catering solutions tailored to client needsBuild and maintain effective client and customer relationshipsPlan and execute events with consistent quality and creativityCoordinate food delivery, setup, and event logistics based on banquet ordersTrain and lead catering staff to uphold service and presentation standardsEnsure accurate reporting of catering revenue, expenses, and receivablesManage staffing, scheduling, and team developmentEnsure compliance with safety and food handling policiesAchieve food and labor targets while managing events of various sizes and scopes Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience; management or supervisory experience preferredBackground in events, hospitality, or catering advantageousBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredExcellent communication skillsAvailability for event-based hoursCertifications in Food Handling and Alcohol Service as neededPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate a vehicle
