Catering Assistant

About the role

Witchford Village College is a Community College covering a rural catchment area close to the beautiful and historic city of Ely, 16 miles north of Cambridge. The role is to join the catering team, assisting in the preparation and serving of high-quality food to over 700 students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality food
• Work within the kitchen team
• Follow the direction of the Catering Manager

Requirements

• Food hygiene certificate desirable, or willingness to undertake training
• Friendly, diligent attitude and taking pride in work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience not essential; full training will be provided
