Catering Assistant

£12.71/hour, equivalent to £25,777.12 pro-rata for 9 hours per week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9.15am to 1.45pm.

About the role

Join the team at Norse Catering and help make a difference to the lives of young people through delivering healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals. This permanent, part-time position is based on-site at Queens Hill Primary.

You will become an integral part of the school team, supporting with the preparation and serving of lunches for young people and school staff, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all. Upholding high levels of hygiene and cleanliness is vital, including setting up service areas from the kitchen or dining areas for mealtimes and tidying away once service is completed.

Requirements

• Previous catering experience is desirable, but not essential
• Enjoy home cooking and baking with a passion for good food
