This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance for a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and leadership to regional leaders for performance goal achievement
  • Collaborate across service areas to ensure integrated strategy and operations
  • Oversee vendor and contract labor management to optimize spend
  • Manage complex sourcing initiatives while maintaining product quality
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies in collaboration with senior management
  • Conduct spend analysis and demand forecasting to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Drive system-wide standardization and service excellence through cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, data science, or a clinical discipline
  • 7+ years of sourcing experience or equivalent education/work experience
  • Thorough understanding of supply chain principles and financial analysis
  • Advanced skills in data analytics and procurement practices using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Familiarity with Lean concepts and problem-solving techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex findings clearly
  • Ability to establish productive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
