Role & Responsibilities
- Category Intelligence & Consumer Insights
- Track and analyze category share dynamics on an ongoing basis
- Analyze consumer preference patterns
- Evaluate portfolio performance
- Identify retailer specific opportunities
- Trade Spend, Pricing & Promotional ROI
- Quantify promotional investment levels
- Develop pricing guardrails
- Analyze ROI of past promotional events
- Develop tools and dashboards for monitoring trade spend and pricing effectiveness
- Retailer Facing Analytics & Category Reviews
- Develop category reviews and retailer selling stories
- Support new item launches
- Identify distribution gaps
- Sales Finance Partnership & Quarterly Reforecast
- Provide market level context for reforecast process
- Define and prioritize syndicated data subscriptions
- Develop forecast framework
- Cross Functional Partnership
- Translate category trends into actionable business recommendations
- Support strategic projects and process improvements
- Experience in Category Management, Sales Analytics, Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, or a related CPG function
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with syndicated data platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Experience with Sales Finance on trade budgeting or forecasting processes
- Full-time role
- $100-120k salary, including cash bonus
