About the role
A rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to join their team. This boutique litigation practice represents clients in complex civil and catastrophic injury cases and is known for its compassionate advocacy and dedication to achieving exceptional results for clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Manage discovery and trial preparation materials
- Organize and summarize medical records
- Cook up scheduling, calendaring, and e-filing in Pennsylvania courts
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files in an organized manner
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Support all phases of litigation through to settlement or trial
Qualifications
- 5 years of plaintiff catastrophic litigation paralegal experience required
- Proficiency in Pennsylvania e-filing systems and case management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pay
$35.00 / Hourly
Schedule & Location
- 4 days on-site, 1 hybrid day per week
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Center City Philadelphia (near Market Street corridor)
