Catalog Operations Analyst II

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve data quality for Health and Meals attributes
• Design and implement LLM data pipelines with engineering and ML teams
• Conduct SQL analyses to monitor catalog health and troubleshoot issues
• Develop taxonomies and quality guidelines for internal and external use
• Manage vendor relationships to enhance QA workflows and data operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and execute data-related experiments

Qualifications

• 3+ years in catalog/content operations or data quality in a high-scale environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams on projects
• Familiar with LLMs and prompt design for data extraction and classification
• Hands-on experience in defining data quality metrics and conducting root cause analyses
• Experience managing workflows with external vendors including creating SOPs and SLAs
