Casual Welcome Manager

About the role

The Welcome Manager team are the face of Hopetown Darlington. Delivering exceptional customer service, you will need to be energetic with an outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Working in a shift pattern across 7 days a week with a focus on weekends to ensure that the visitor experience is always at a high standard across all areas of the site.

Responsibilities

• Managing several teams of staff including Food & Beverage, Retail, Admissions, Visitor Experience & Housekeeping
• Health & Safety & Security of the staff and visitors, including actioning emergency procedures and dealing with first aid incidents

Pay

• £16.62 - £17.85 per hour (pay award pending)
• Salary Band £30,001 to £40,000

Schedule

• Post Type: Casual / Seasonal / Bank / Permanently variable hours
• Hours Per Week: As and when required
