Casual Staff Intellectual Disabilities
Position Purpose
As a Casual Pool Specialist, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential and/or day programs. This part-time, flexible, as-needed role allows you to make a difference while choosing a schedule that fits your needs.
What You Will Do
- Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.)
- Promote independence through person-centered plans
- Foster a positive, supportive environment
- Accurately document progress and observations
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Participate in training and development
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an organization vehicle
- Local travel and reliable transportation
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire

Schedule
This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position. Consistent year-round availability is essential, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Minimum of 4 shifts per month; flexible scheduling; option to pick up additional shifts.
