Job Details

• Full time, Part time, and Casual positions available
• $22.25 per hour

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year work experience supporting individuals with either challenging medical needs and/or behaviors or dual diagnosis of intellectual disability and mental health
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Successfully complete and maintain all required certifications and training mandated by regulations and additional specialized medical and/or behavioral health trainings necessary
• Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

About the Role

Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism in creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching and assisting with daily living skills, and advocating for health and wellness. Administering medications, performing delegated nursing tasks, monitoring health conditions, and responding to emergencies following protocols and implementing behavior support plans. Positions require a high level of need as defined by clinical and/or health care assessments.
