Casual CNA Days - Long Term Care

About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will operate on the front lines providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and charting in the POC system. You will demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, and support their choices
• Report condition changes to RNs or LPNs
• Chart in the POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Pay

• Salary range: $20.20 - $24.62 per hour
