About the role
The Banquets Team is a seamless operation led by some of the most imaginative event experts in the biz. We're currently seeking a detail-focused, energetic Banquets Server to assist with all manner of catered parties and meetings, from consistent and focused attention on the requests of every guest to breakdown of the banquet space.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent and focused attention on the requests of every guest
- Handle breakdown of the banquet space
- Learn the ins and outs of each event, including how the host envisions it
- Help to make the host's vision happen
Qualifications
- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage
- Previous similar work experience
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of banquet operations
- Team player
- Hard worker
- Detail oriented
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
