Dining Server - Casual

Hours: 4pm–8pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Additional shifts may be available after school, around sports or extracurricular activities, and other afternoons/evenings.

Join a team that has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring residents. The Dining Server creates an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow established style and order of service while serving in the specified dining area and at special functions.
• Clear dishes and bus tables; reset tables and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
• Perform assigned side jobs on a daily and weekly basis.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Assist in other Dining areas as needed.
• Adhere to all service training and expectations regarding personal appearance and work performance.
• Assume responsibility for self-safety and that of the immediate work environment.
• Attend annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures.
• Work well under pressure and maintain a professional attitude toward co-workers and management.
• Adhere to all Community Policies and Procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to follow instructions, work well with others, and maintain a good rapport with residents.
