From oceanfront weddings and elegant celebrations to executive retreats and private gatherings, every event is an opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service during weddings, conferences, social events, and private functions throughout the resort.
  • Present menu selections with confidence, sharing knowledge about ingredients, preparation methods, and culinary offerings.
  • Communicate guest requests and dietary needs accurately to culinary and banquet leadership teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Deliver food and beverage items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and Four Seasons service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including linen, china, glassware, silverware, buffet displays, and event décor elements.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing event spaces before, during, and after each function.
  • Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding, and Resort teams to ensure flawless event execution.

What You’ll Need

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
  • A minimum of one year of food service, restaurant, banquet, or related hospitality experience.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating meaningful connections through service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to carry and balance serving trays while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support fellow team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
