This is a part-time 6-month contract role.

About the role

We are looking for a Casting Production Coordinator who will coordinate and manage all areas of production support for the PlayStation Studios Casting and Talent Management Department, under Worldwide Studios. This role supports casting and talent management professionals to ensure the department, games, and staff have what is needed to create AAA games for PlayStation. You will handle both financial and production tasks while operating in a fast-paced environment, communicating with executives, talent agencies, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cost trackers for each project in production, including:
    • Updating cast lists with contractual obligations (e.g., session guarantees, booking requirements)
    • Recording number of sessions, session type, and characters portrayed for each talent from incoming bids/invoices
    • Sending final bids/invoices to the Administrative Coordinator for payment processing
    • Documenting rates for services and corresponding bids/invoices for completed work
    • Tracking guarantees for talent sessions against contractual obligations
  • External Talent Budget & Forecasting in collaboration with the Production team and finance
  • Keeping spend updated on cost trackers for accurate budget reporting
  • Comparing Actuals (Scope Track) against casting cost trackers to provide real-time spend clarity
  • Providing monthly spend reports to development partners based on scheduled/completed work
  • Assisting with talent travel as requested, including completing direct bill requests and booking car services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of administrative or relevant work experience
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with AAA talent and recording studio staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and results-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience working across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with high-profile executives and performers
  • Familiarity with recording studios and services
  • Familiarity with PlayStation products
  • Experience working in a multi-national global company
  • Familiarity and experience working with talent agencies

Pay

The estimated base pay range for this role is $45—$48 USD per hour.
