About the role

Part-time positions available for Box Office Cashier, Concession Attendant, and Usher/Doorman. These roles create a welcoming environment for patrons and ensure smooth theatre operations.

Box Office Cashier

• Cheerfully greets patrons and provides movie, special event, and general theatre information.
• Accurately sells tickets, accepts payments, and makes change.
• Properly operates Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers.
• Operates and communicates effectively on a two-way radio.
• Follows MPA film rating guidelines and theatre admission policies.
• Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.
• Keeps box office area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Watches for safety issues (trip hazards, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management.
• Responsible for security of cash and tickets.

Concession Attendant

• Provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Serves prepackaged food and drink in proper pre-determined portion sizes.
• Maintains adequate food and supplies.
• Cleans concession area, including serving area, continually.
• Uses popper to prepare popcorn as needed and attends concession equipment.
• Cleans concession area before and after business hours.
• Maintains the appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
• Ensures menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to satisfy volumes.
• Receives deliveries when assigned.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Usher / Doorman

• Collects admission tickets and directs patrons to correct auditoriums.
• Greets patrons and assists with general questions or refers them to management.
• Manages crowd control and assists patrons in finding seating when necessary.
• Cleans and inspects auditoriums, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Assists patrons with special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs.
• Maintains order and ensures adherence to safety rules.
• Assists patrons with questions or complaints.
• Inspects backpacks and packages when applicable.
• Performs other related duties as required.
