About the role

We are hiring part-time Cast Members to join our team in various roles, including Box Office Cashier, Concession Attendant, and Usher/Doorman. These roles create a welcoming environment for patrons and ensure smooth theatre operations.

Box Office Cashier

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet patrons and provide movie, special event, and general theatre information.
• Accurately sell tickets, accept payments, and make change.
• Operate Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers.
• Use a two-way radio for effective communication.
• Follow MPA film rating guidelines and theatre admission policies.
• Answer the telephone courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and stocked Box Office area.
• Monitor for safety issues (e.g., trip hazards, suspicious persons) and report to management.
• Ensure the security of cash and tickets.

Concession Attendant

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Serve prepackaged food and drinks in proper portion sizes.
• Maintain adequate food and supply levels.
• Clean the concession area, including serving counters, continually.
• Prepare popcorn using the popper and attend to concession equipment.
• Clean the concession area before and after business hours.
• Maintain the appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
• Ensure menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to meet demand.
• Receive deliveries when assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Usher / Doorman

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Collect admission tickets and direct patrons to the correct auditoriums.
• Assist with crowd control and help patrons find seating.
• Maintain clean facilities, including lobbies, hallways, auditoriums, and restrooms.
• Greet patrons and assist with general questions or refer them to management.
• Clean and inspect auditoriums.
• Assist patrons with special needs, such as those using wheelchairs.
• Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Assist patrons with questions or complaints.
• Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable.
• Perform other related duties as required.
