Key Accountabilities
- Guest Service
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Educate guests about current movies, promotions, and any available loyalty or rewards programs.
- Enforce theater policies to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Provide general customer service and other duties as assigned.
- Box Office
- Sell tickets, gift cards, and other promotions to guests.
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
- Monitor showtime attendance levels and assist with guest movie selection.
- Receive and direct phone calls or other guest inquiries as needed.
- Concessions
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items.
- Operate and maintain concession equipment following proper safety procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of concession areas; restock as needed.
- Maintain food and beverage quality by following proper recipes and procedures.
- Comply with applicable food safety laws and health department guidelines.
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests as needed.
- Usher
- Greet guests as they enter and exit the theater; assist with ticket-taking and seating.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for all guests.
- Restock and upkeep self-service guest stations throughout the facility.
- Basic mental algebra is required.
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehavior is required.
- Communicate effectively.
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Learn and adapt to current technology and procedures.
