Casino Shipping Receiving Clerk

About the role

The Receiving Clerk processes freight and incoming merchandise, including confirming receipt of merchandise, verifying shipments, and moving stock into and throughout the stores quickly. This position reports to the Inventory Control Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of quantity, type, and value of material, merchandise, or supplies stocked.
• Receive and document merchandise as it arrives.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile on-hand inventory to electronic inventory records.
• Notify management regarding broken and damaged goods, delivery shortages, and back orders to ensure prompt credits and corrections to invoices.
• Deliver orders to the appropriate venue, including unpacking, counting, recording, tagging, and stocking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to organize and direct oneself and work with others.
• Previous retail, inventory, purchasing, or stocking experience preferred.

Pay

$16 per hour

Schedule

Full time, Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (on‑site)
