Casino Retail Supervisor

Primary Tasks

• Oversee Cashiers to include resolving associate performance issues, conducting performance management with staff (Reviews, address sub-standard performance), promoting teamwork and inclusiveness, auditing/inspecting work of your team to ensure standards are met and training.
• Audit and inspect the gift shop to ensure cleanliness, merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and proper storage.
• Resolve customer issues, answer public inquiries, and immediately resolve customer/associate/management concerns.
• Develop methods, processes, and staffing to forecast and fulfill demand.
• Implement corrective/preventative actions.
• Develop training for new hires and incumbents to perform job tasks.

Job Requirements

• Ten-Key proficiency (by touch) preferred
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Excel (or similar spreadsheet programs)
• Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data
• Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Knowledge of high-volume cash handling procedures, policies, and rules
• One year (1) supervisory experience preferred
