Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and promote a positive customer experience.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance and support sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Our starting pay ranges from $18.24 to $29.91 per hour.
