Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Train and supervise team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety standards and environmental practices.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Starting pay range from $18.24 to $29.91 per hour.
