Cleaning and Maintenance Duties

• Cleans and maintains high areas such as vents, duct covers, lights & fixtures, beams, signs, columns, ceiling tile and televisions
• Cleans and maintains offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators and Slot Machines other work areas
• Cleans parking lot: pick up trash and cigarette butts, sweep, occasionally pressure wash area around entrance and smoke shack
• Maintains garden appearance
• Sweeps, mops and vacuums floors
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blinds
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Keeps storage rooms clean and organized
• Answers guest's questions about the facility
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and write in English and have good verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel
• Occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to adjust focus

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
