About the role
Tessera is seeking a motivated and reliable Janitor with a professional attitude. As a Janitor with Tessera, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Additionally, you will work directly with a teammate on an assigned route across Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Responsibilities
- Restroom Cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors. Restock supplies. Collect trash and replace liners. Sweep and mop floor. Follow cross contamination procedures.
- Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
- Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
- Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.
- Trash – Empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule.
- Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule.
