We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists,

for prose. Do not repeat job title. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Sign on Bonus $2,500 for New Full Time Hires. That's a benefit (sign-on bonus). Should be in Benefits section. - Role: support, evaluation, treatment of adults with developmental disabilities living in residential setting. Perform case management and operational duties assigned by Residential Manager. - Essential duties and responsibilities list many items. We need to separate sections: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience), Skills (maybe language skills, reasoning ability, physical demands?), Benefits (sign-on bonus), Pay (not mentioned), Schedule (not mentioned). We should only include sections that have real content. We have: - About the role: we can summarize the purpose: "Act as part of a team responsible for the support, evaluation, and treatment of adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Perform all case management and operational duties assigned by the Residential Manager." - Responsibilities: list of essential duties (the long list). We'll need to extract bullet points. - Qualifications: includes High School Diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet, education related to field preferred, at least one year residential experience, valid driver's license, completion of state/agency mandated trainings, willingness to authorize CORI, ability to perform essential duties, reasonable accommodations. - Skills: language skills (fluent English, ability to read, analyze, interpret, write reports, communicate effectively), reasoning ability (carry out detailed written or oral instructions), physical demands (lifting, etc.) maybe could be under Skills or separate but we only have headings list; we could put physical demands under Skills or maybe under Requirements? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put physical demands under Skills or Requirements? Probably Skills includes language skills, reasoning ability, physical demands. We'll create a Skills section with subpoints. - Benefits: $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires. - Pay: not mentioned, so omit. - Schedule: not mentioned, omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific duties: ordering medication, assisting with banking, monitoring program money and petty cash, grocery shopping, assisting with training new staff, attending meetings, writing monthly progress notes, Individual Support Plans and assessments and objectives for annual reviews, assisting with development of behavior plans or intervention strategies, collecting data, completing paperwork, attend weekly staff meetings, document meeting minutes, meet deadlines on program related paperwork, act as team member in development, implementation, evaluation of programs and services, maintain valid driver's license and provide transportation, oversee shift documentation, instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals in all areas of community living as outlined in each support plan, record data on instructional programs, implement behavior plan interventions (may include physical restraint), assist individuals in scheduling and attending medical appointments and document, may include covering shifts off-site, any hospital stays (i.e., Boston), administer medications per procedures, assist with scheduling and attending social and leisure activities (family gatherings, religious celebrations, community events, social gatherings), maintain residence and yard clean, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors, bathrooms, laundry, keep lawn clear of trash and debris, keep steps, walks, paths, ramps clear, assist with personal care responsibilities (diet, exercise, meal preparation, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, etc.), assist with physical direct care (physical or mechanical transfer of individuals from wheelchairs to van, chair, shower, etc.), adhere to lines of communication, dress professionally, represent positive attitude, write reports including daily shift reports and other required documentation using professional documentation skills, attend all required meetings, adhere to program routines and schedules and needs of individuals, participate in on-the-job training and provide coaching to new co-workers as directed, adhere to agency safety standards, perform additional duties or substitute for others as required (additional duties may include clearing snow and ice from walkways, vehicles, parking lots, and roads using equipment like shovels and snow blowers while applying deicing agents to ensure safety), adhere to all RTR policies and procedures, develop and provide all services in accordance with RTR’s philosophies including staff and Board beliefs.
